Job placement of female applicants who don't wear a headscarf

CAN AN EMPLOYER SPECIFY THAT THEY ONLY WISH FOR FEMALE APPLICANTS WHO DON'T WEAR HEADSCARVES?

Being exempt from the applicant pool because of the wearing of a headscarf is not permissible and could pose as a form of discrimination according to the General Equal Treatment Act.1 If the employer enables this by using the help of their own employees or any third parties (recruiters, headhunters, personnel consultants) during the application process, it is they alone who carry full responsibility for their actions.2 A Muslim woman who was discriminated against has the right to information from a recruiter regarding their employer.3
